We reserve the right to decline an order for any reason, including shipping
Most orders are shipped from our office within 24 hours on the next business day, Monday
through Friday. We are closed Saturdays, Sundays and all legal holidays.
We include a tracking number (UPS) or a delivery confirmation number (US Postal Service)
in the shipment notification email. On the UPS Order Status page, you can check the status
of your delivery by clicking directly on the Tracking Number provided on the Shipment
Summary tab next to Order Details.
Address Correction Surcharge
Orders with incomplete addresses may be assessed a $15 address correction charge. Customers
are responsible for providing a deliverable address.
Including refused shipments are assessed a $15 non-delivery fee which is charged to the
method of payment used on checkout and is subtracted from your refund. We will not give
refunds on packages returned due to unpaid taxes, duties or customs charges. Returned
shipping fees will be deducted from the method of payment used to place the order. Packages
are returned to Dr. Bailey Skin Care.
All shipping times are estimates and we cannot be responsible for delays in delivery due
to events beyond our control (including shortage of materials.)
US Postal Service
Orders shipped to PO boxes or US Military bases must be shipped via the Postal Service.
Charges are based on weight. Unfortunately USPS does not offer remote tracking of parcels
and therefore we cannot guarantee replacement of lost packages once a parcel has left our
office. We highly recommend you use UPS Ground or 2nd day air and have your parcel shipped
to a qualifying domestic address.
It is very important that you check your products immediately upon receipt for damage.
If a product is delivered visibly damaged, refuse it immediately and email us at
email@example.com, or call us at 1-888-467-0177 or 1-707-829-5780. If damage is not found until
the product is opened, please email us or contact us by telephone using the contact
information noted above.
If items you ordered are temporarily out of stock, we will ship the available items and
notify you of the backordered items. These items will be shipped to you immediately when
they become available at no additional shipping cost to you.
Deliveries to California will be charged the applicable sales tax.
Canceling an Order
If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please call
1-888-467-0177 or 1-707-829-5780 or email us as firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. We will try hard
to accommodate your request; however items that have already been shipped cannot be
cancelled and must be returned or exchanged.
Our goal is to enable our customers to create the best skin care at an affordable
price. Our return policy is a balance between wanting to support our customers as they
find what products are right for their skin, and wanting to offer their products at
affordable prices. We start by offering only products made by quality labs and that we
believe represent the 'state of the art' in skin care science. If, however, you are
dissatisfied with our products due to an allergic reaction or irritation, you may return
them within 21 days of your purchase. Returned items must contain at least 75% of their
original amount of product and include all parts, pieces and printed material to be
eligible for a refund. If the product is part of a kit, the entire kit must be returned.
No refund or exchange will be given if you ordered a product that is too strong for your
skin type, meaning it is stronger that the entry level strength.

1-707-829-5780 to obtain a return authorization number. Prior authorization is required for all returns. Returns
are at the sole discretion of Dr. Bailey Skin Care. To ensure that your returns are received by
Dr. Bailey Skin Care, please make sure to add insurance to your parcel through your mail delivery
service. Shipping and handling costs will not be reimbursed.
Product costs only are refundable, shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
There is a 15% return fee on all returned items unless we deem the item was defective when
it left our office. Please allow 2 weeks for us to process your return once we receive
your returned items.
