    Eating healthier to keep up the immune system – always need a reminder on that when busy. Never heard of the oil of oregano before. Nice tip!

    Hi Lisa,
    People out west here in Sebastopol (which is very natural health inclined) use it for all sorts of things. I occasionally recommend it for really stubborn facial seborrheic dermatitis that’s not responding to my usual approach. On a select person it’s miraculous, but you smell a little like a Greek salad when you’re using it so it’s not for everyone!

    I always recommend getting your flu shot, and take some extra vitamin C, when the seasons change.
