M. globosa, m. restricta, goodness knows how many as yet unidentified all living on my scalp, although I’m happy that there’s no evidence of m. furfur! If the overgrowth of these is decades long, can the follicles recover?

I don’t appreciate the hair loss. I hope the follicles do recover. It seems as if they are recovering, but I can feel that they don’t stay in the follicles too long. I have many 6″ hairs with tapered ends falling out.
Thanks!
